We spent 45 minutes with author, Phil Cummings today. I’m sure your child has told you all about his engaging talk today. What an entertaining speaker! He told us the stories behind many of his books, showed us his books and even some rough drafts. He answered questions and encouraged them all to write.He even read a story “hot out of the printer” that AP and JC have written together over the last 2 days. He read it about loud to them in the corridor during his lunch break with such enthusiasm and he sang their praises as authors. What an amazing experience for them to cherish.
